Chiang Mai Flowers Florist offers flower delivery service in Chiang Mai and also throughout Thailand.
Substitution
Chiang Mai Flower reserves the rights to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability. Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Valentines Day.
Return Policy
Chiang Mai Flower maintains a strong product guarantee with regards to customer satisfaction. If a bouquet or gift arrives and there has been an oversight on our part with respect to a product defect, or if there has been breakage during transport, you must ensure that the gift is left in it is original packaging and condition, and contact our customer service within same days in regards to a refund, replacement or credit for original product value. Unauthorized returns are not permitted.
Cancel Order
Customer will be able to cancel order of flower and fruit product without charge only before you receive our confirmation email "Your order status is on processing" since we email to confirm customer that we have already arranged and ready to deliver your product to the recipient. If you cancel the order after this, we need to charge you in full amount of the price and perform as per your order without change.
